HVAC Installer
Functions of this position:
Replace, modify, and/or install warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, and related piping and electrical to meet or exceed the manufacturer’s recommendations and local codes
Ability to start up installed equipment and adjust to the manufacturer and job specifications
Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise during an installation that would keep the equipment from functioning properly
Communicate with the customer regarding the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the customer
Perform required documentation for each installation
Requirements:
Appropriate certifications
Hand tools, vacuum pump, gauges, torch, recovery machine, electronic leak detector
Proficient in both residential and light commercial
Knowledge of code specifications
Ability to navigate technology as we periodically invoice in the field via tablet
Neat and clean appearance
Strong customer service background, and strong ethics
You must be willing to “do the right thing”, every time
Must have a good working knowledge of products and services being offered
Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers
Should be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings and specification
Be able to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures
Be able to accurately list/order materials and supplies for use on the job
Clean criminal background and driving record
“Can and will do” team attitude

HVAC Service Technician
Functions of this position:
Customer service oriented. Must have a good working knowledge of products and services being offered.
Strive to meet company goals by actively participating in company initiatives.
Regularly review and monitor progress towards goals, and seek assistance as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Ask and obtain customer referrals and recommendations.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Must be able to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.
Efficiently manage time and schedules. Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.
Work and drive safely. Complete other duties as assigned.
*This is an 8 hr. day shift position, with some required overtime with little or no notice.*
Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Technician
Must be EPA certified
Must have valid a Driver’s License and a good driving record
Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
Neat and clean appearance
Strong customer service background, and strong ethics
You must be willing to “do the right thing”, every time
